Knead that though till it become a bit elastic and non sticky😂it take about 13-15mins,then cover it for 30min,and allow it to rest(because of the kneading you did this makes the dough rise faster than my previous recipe i shared)(p.s if there is need for more liquid in the dough add little water.).

After 30mins,deflate and roll the dough flat,to you desired thickness, spread your butter and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mix,roll it in, and use a string or sharp knife to cute your rolls,i cut mine to 16 mini rolls,and allow it to rise for anoza 30-40mins,after then you bake it at 250F for 15mins and tadaaaa you are good to go,glaze with either condense milk+powderedmilk mixed,or whipped cream😂i love cream by d way..
