Ingredients of Fish Salad
- Prepare 400 g of Frozen Fish (Cod, Haddock, i'm using Basa).

- Prepare 1/4 of Cucumber.
- You need 1/2 of Red Onion.

- You need 2 Tbsp of Sour Cream.
- You need 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce.
- Prepare 1 Tbsp of Dried Onions.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of grated cheese for garnish.
- You need of Virgin olive oil for garnish drizzling on top.
Fish Salad instructions
- Cut the fish into large pieces, place fish in a roasting dish greased with olive oil. Dribble more olive oil over the fish. put in a preheated oven for 20 minutes on 175°C or gas 6.
- While fish is cooking, make your crispy salad. Cut up lettuce into bite size pieces and add to a large bowl..
- Then cut up the red onions into small pieces and add to bowl.
- Cut tomatoes into wedge pieces and add to bowl.
- Cut up cucumber slices thick and then into small pieces and add to bowl.
- Add the handful of corn into the bowl.
- Cut up sweet peppers and add to the salad bowl.
- Toss the salad add salt & pepper, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and toss.
- Then add the sour cream and toss gently again.

- Now the fish should be cooked. Add to the salad and toss once more, then add the dried onions all over the top.
- Serve on a bed of crispy lettuce.
- Add the mixture on top of the lettuce.
- Then garnish grated cheese.
